About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President, Property Tax Services to lead our British Columbia Tax Services team at Avison Young Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our BC operations, driving revenue and market share, and developing strategic relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue and market share growth in the British Columbia region.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of property tax professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure exceptional service delivery and technical excellence.
  3. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction.
  4. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their property tax requirements.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 10+ years of relevant work experience in property tax services, with a proven track record of business growth and team leadership.
  2. Education: Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as a Bachelor of Commerce or MBA.
  3. Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and manage with expertise and credibility.
