Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team at Everest Spice Grill Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and service, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
