Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

B.C. LTD. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and assist cleaners in performing their duties.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise staff to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English.
