Job Title: Senior Technical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Engineer to join our team at Rodan Energy Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update operating procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of our engineers and technicians.
  • Provide technical evaluations and advice to support the commissioning, operation, and maintenance of our facilities.
  • Recommend research and development programs to improve equipment and system reliability and performance.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering or a related field.
  • DE Qualified as per OPG Qual would be an asset.
  • Advanced knowledge of physics, chemistry, metallurgy, mathematics, electricity, engineering, and economics.
  • Experience in the design, development, or operation of a nuclear facility or in an industrial environment associated with the design, development, operation, or maintenance of industrial systems and equipment.
