The Service Advisor plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by providing expert advice on tire and mechanical services. Key responsibilities include:



  • Sharing product knowledge and technical expertise with customers to build business and provide top-notch service
  • Providing accurate service quotes and receiving customer authorization for work to be performed
  • Finalizing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up communication
  • Scheduling appointments for tire and mechanical service
  • Ensuring accurate billing of products and services

Required Skills and Qualifications:


To succeed as a Service Advisor at Fountain Tire, you will need:



  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket or tire industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • A valid driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract are essential conditions of employment
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Availability to work Saturdays
