Retail Store Manager

At Mr. Lube + Tires, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting sales targets.
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish work schedules, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to drive business growth.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
