Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Associate to join our team at BOMBAY SPICES. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for receiving and processing stock, maintaining a clean and organized stockroom, and ensuring accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process stock shipments, including unloading and storing merchandise
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including shelving and inventory management
  • Count and verify inventory levels to ensure accuracy
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions
  • Assist with ordering and receiving stock as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Work Environment

Our stockroom is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be working with a variety of merchandise and equipment. You will be required to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
