About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team at AJM Property Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, tying and securing plants, and performing various tasks to maintain our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Landscape Constructions: Collaborate with our team to build and maintain beautiful landscapes, including installing plants, trees, and other features.
  • Tie and Secure Plants: Ensure that all plants and trees are properly secured to prevent damage or loss.
  • Weed, Prune, and Trim Trees and Plants: Maintain the health and appearance of our properties by removing weeds, pruning trees, and trimming plants.
  • Cut Grass: Regularly mow and maintain lawns to ensure they look their best.
  • Rake and Collect Refuse: Keep our properties clean by raking and collecting refuse, including leaves and other debris.
  • Remove Litter and Garbage: Ensure that our properties are free from litter and garbage.
  • Cart and Spread Topsoil and Other Materials: Assist with the transportation and application of topsoil and other materials to maintain our properties.
  • Lay Sod or Seed: Help to establish new lawns by laying sod or seeding.
  • Water and Tend to Plants, Lawns, and/or Gardens: Ensure that all plants, lawns, and gardens receive the necessary water and care to thrive.
  • Work Term: Permanent: This is a permanent position with AJM Property Maintenance Ltd.
  • Work Language: English: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week: This position requires a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
