At IMP Group, we're seeking a skilled NDT Technician to join our team. As a key member of our inspection team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our aircraft and components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calibrate and operate NDT equipment, including magnetic particle, x-ray, and ultrasonic machines.
  • Conduct tests on parts and materials to detect defects and cracks.
  • Examine surface-treated materials using black light to identify defects.
  • Evaluate test results and prepare reports outlining findings and conclusions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years aviation NDT experience.
  • Solid experience in Ultrasonic (Level 2 preferred) and Eddy Current Level 2.
  • Other NDT Methods (Level 2) an asset.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Good eyesight and color vision.
  • Understanding of health and safety issues.
  • Valid driver's license.
