Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at JAKU CONSTRUCTION. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train construction staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects successfully.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all staff and subcontractors, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction-related role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of construction practices and regulations.
Work Environment

This role involves working outdoors in a noisy construction environment. You will be required to work a 32 to 35 hour week.

The primary language of this role is English.
