Job Summary

This is a permanent part-time position where you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our air cargo network.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough package screenings to prevent and mitigate potential threats
  • Verify daily equipment inspections and perform secondary searches as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to safeguard the air cargo network and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Escalate quality and process issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor work areas to maintain a safe and efficient environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • Professional interest in safety and security
  • Ability to successfully pass security checks, including background and criminal records checks
  • Physical ability to lift up to 70lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good judgment, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Diligence and attention to detail
  • Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
