Job Title: Automotive Refinishing Technician

At HR Motors, we are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinishing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our body shop, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality finishes
  • Plan and execute repair work, including painting and refinishing
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism
  • Clean and maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Replace and repair body components, doors, and frame
  • Apply primers and paint surfaces to achieve a flawless finish
  • Mix and match paint colors to ensure a perfect match
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a dusty, noisy, and odorous environment
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Dependability, flexibility, and reliability
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
Work Environment:

Our body shop is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will work with a team of experienced technicians to deliver high-quality results. You will be required to work in a dusty, noisy, and odorous environment, but we provide a safe and organized workspace.
