Job Title: Automotive Refinishing Technician

At HR Motors, we are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinishing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our body shop, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality finishes
  • Plan and execute repair work, including painting and refinishing
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism
  • Clean and maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Replace and repair body components, doors, and frame
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to achieve a smooth finish
  • Apply primers and paint surfaces to achieve a showroom-quality finish
  • Mix and match paint colors to ensure a perfect match
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the automotive industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Reliability, flexibility, and teamwork skills
Work Environment:

Our body shop is a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. As an Automotive Refinishing Technician, you will work in a dusty and noisy environment with occasional exposure to odors.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
