Job Summary:

  • To oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • To manage and coordinate the activities of site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • To monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing initiatives to reduce expenses.
  • To develop and implement quality control programs to ensure that all construction work meets the required standards.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, including progress schedules, budgets, and site logs.
  • To identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.

About You:

  • A minimum of one to two years of relevant residential construction experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • A College Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Salary:**$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
