We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Uni-Select Inc. in Boucherville, QC. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales to established customers, identifying and soliciting new customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and visit customers to maintain and increase sales
  • Take orders from customers, add new items to their inventory, and quote on new equipment when needed
  • Expand the existing customer base by identifying and soliciting potential new customers
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers and store personnel
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner to enhance the corporate image of the company
  • Utilize the computer system, internet, and paper catalogs to identify the correct parts for customers' needs
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and warranty information to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customers' parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • Automotive Refinishing and Automotive Parts experience
  • Experience in sales and delivering a high level of customer service
  • Proficient knowledge of automotive operating systems
  • Appetite for continuous learning and knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
