Senior Sales Expert

About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Senior Sales Engineer to join our team at Alludo (formerly known as Corel). As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical expertise to our customers and partners, helping them to understand the value of our Parallels products.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed demonstrations of Parallels products to potential customers.
- Provide in-depth technical assistance to customers and partners, helping them to implement and administer Parallels solutions.
- Take ownership of Proof of Concepts and ensure they are completed on time and meet customer requirements.
- Actively participate in the design, implementation, and support of Parallels products.
- Provide guidance, recommendations, and expert advice on technical issues.
- Maintain an advanced understanding of all Parallels and related competitors' products.
- Develop project concepts and project proposals to solve customer needs and requests.
- Work with Account Managers, Sales Management, and Channel Partners to effectively schedule the use of technical resources to support selling efforts.
- Coordinate all activities related to technical sales support for potential customers and existing accounts.
- Plan and conduct Technical Training sessions and Webinars, both online and at Channel Partners and Customers.
- Mentor and assist in training Sales Engineers, new hires, and the sales team as required.
