Medical Science Liaison Neurosciences

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison to join our team in Ontario. As a Medical Science Liaison, you will serve as a scientific resource for Canadian experts in the field of Oncology and related disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to requests for in-depth, cutting-edge scientific information from the medical community in the oncology field, including the latest scientific literature, research from major scientific conferences, updates on Lilly's educational activities, and pipeline research activities.
- Gather feedback and insight from Scientific Experts and Thought Leaders to inform Lilly's research and strategic direction.
- Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with the scientific community, including scientific experts, researchers, educators, and clinical investigators.
- Effectively communicate with Scientific Experts and Thought Leaders, providing up-to-date scientific knowledge and services that meet their needs.
- Enhance scientific knowledge by maintaining technical expertise within a therapeutic area, attending scientific meetings, conducting literature searches, and communicating regularly with colleagues.
- Support affiliate medical business objectives and cross-functional partners, including Clinical Research Physicians, Medical Information Associates, Medical Education, Corporate Affairs, and Marketing.
- Advanced degree in health sciences (PhD, MD, Pharm D) with 2-3 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic experience in Neurosciences.
- OR MSc in health care/professional designation (BScN, PT, RD etc.) with intellectual curiosity and intelligence about the field of Neuroscience.
- Ability to critically appraise scientific information/literature, communicate complex scientific content clearly and concisely, and develop strong project management skills.
- Familiarity with the academic community and medical research, experience in professional networking, and a strong understanding of the therapeutic area.
