**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement plans to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with industry engineers to optimize production processes.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and address any safety concerns promptly.

**Requirements**

  • 10+ years of apparel manufacturing experience.
  • 5 years of supervisory experience (preferably in the apparel industry).
  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with industrial sewing machines and operations.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
