Job Summary

The Senior Supervisor, Production and Sewing oversees the efficient operation of our sewing floor, ensuring that teams perform at peak levels and meet daily targets. This key leadership role involves strategic planning, talent development, and continuous process improvement to drive excellence in productivity and quality.

Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate activities on the sewing floor, focusing on achieving high-performance targets
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to optimize production processes and resource allocation
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance skill sets and knowledge among team members
- Foster a culture of open communication, feedback, and continuous learning
- Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to address areas for improvement
- Supervise time studies to gather accurate data on workflow and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and reports to inform decision-making
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Provide regular updates and insights to direct reports on company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven track record in apparel manufacturing, with over 10 years of experience
- 5+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in the apparel industry
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, with a focus on data analysis and reporting
