Job Title: Wash Bay Attendant & Detailer

Wilco Contractors Northwest Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wash Bay Attendant & Detailer. This is a full-time position requiring evening shifts from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash and detail heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, and skid-steer vehicles, both manually and using automated equipment.
  • Clean and de-grease engine compartments, undercarriages, wheels, and vehicle parts.
  • Move equipment to and from the wash bay and around the yard.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including garbage removal and floor cleaning.
  • Maintain accurate electronic wash bay logs.
  • Report any faults or malfunctions on company equipment.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
  • Must be physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain equipment cleanliness.
  • Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toed rubber boots and safety glasses.
  • Ability to work in a wash bay environment, which may involve exposure to noise and water.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols is essential.
  • CSTS 2020 certification is required (may be provided).
  • CSA-approved steel-toed rubber boots are mandatory.
  • Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle (required).
