Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial transactions, resolving work problems, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Ensure accuracy of financial transactions, prepare and submit reports, and maintain efficient financial systems.
  • Team Leadership: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work for 3-4 team members, provide guidance and training as needed.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
  • Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
