Business Development Manager

B.C LTD is seeking a seasoned Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team. This role will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning duties, and hiring and training new employees.
Duties and Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Oversee the work of apprentices, stages hands, design team, and other staff members.
- Sales Team Management: Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Hiring and Training: Recruit and train new staff members to meet the needs of the sales team.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to optimize productivity.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet sales demands.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in sales or management roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Working Conditions
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Term: Permanent.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
