Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Maintenance Assistant. As a key member of our maintenance and display operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and organization of our warehouse and display spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist the Warehouse Lead with inventory management and warehouse operations, including maintaining organized and sorted warehousing spaces, implementing improvements in warehouse organization, sorting, and storage as directed.
  • Display Operations: Work with the Display Leads on display operations, including fastening large pieces in high-up locations, assisting in the physical needs of display creation, and replenishing displays to maximize product turnover during sales.
  • Maintenance Work: Perform maintenance tasks as directed by the Lead, ensuring the property and spaces are properly maintained, tidy, and safe.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to perform the physical demands of the position's work tasks, including working outdoors in various weather conditions, moving heavy equipment and materials, frequent climbing, and safely lifting loads of 80lbs.
  • Time Management and Organization: Strong time management and organization skills are required to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Retail Experience: Previous retail experience, display experience, and keen attention to detail are highly valued.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential for providing a positive experience for customers.
Working Conditions

The schedule is highly seasonal and dependent on the timing of shipments coming from overseas. During the busy seasons, it may be necessary to work six days a week. A reliable means of transportation is required, as public transit is not available to our location.
