About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Leader to join our team as a Director of Culture & Development. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our organization's culture and developing strategies to support the growth and well-being of our staff and volunteers.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in leadership development, talent management, and organizational design. You will be responsible for creating a positive work environment, fostering collaboration and innovation, and ensuring that our policies and procedures align with our values and mission.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance our organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Lead the development and implementation of training programs and workshops to support leadership development and employee growth.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address talent gaps and develop succession plans.
- Design and implement performance management systems to ensure alignment with our goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, volunteers, and external partners.
This role requires a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- An annual salary of $125,000-$140,000, depending on experience.
