Childcare Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and caring Childcare Specialist to join our team at Prabhat Nagar. As a Childcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to infants and children in a home-based setting.
Key Responsibilities- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
- Travel with families on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
- Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding children.
- Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting their cognitive and social development.
- Prepare infants and children for rest periods, ensuring a smooth transition to sleep.
- Supervise and care for children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in childcare or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift and carry children, if necessary.
