About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a Home Childcare Provider at Nadeesha Dilhara lhalage. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare services to our clients in a safe and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks to children
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and games to promote children's physical and emotional well-being
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment, including sterilizing bottles and preparing formulas
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children, including discipline and conflict resolution
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding children
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers to ensure seamless care and support
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in childcare or a related field is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and flexibility
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work setting is in the employer's home, and the successful candidate will be required to undergo a criminal record check.
