About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at MG Rental Partnership. As an Accounting Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including trial balances and reconciliations.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
