Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Duke & Lion Family Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food service counter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following proper food safety and handling procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods
