Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their function and independence.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients in their homes, community centers, or other designated locations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and family members to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with our organization's policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in physiotherapy care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, technologies, and evidence-based practices in physiotherapy to provide the highest level of care.
- Graduate of an accredited degree program in Physiotherapy (PT).
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPTO).
- At least two years of recent clinical work experience as a directing physiotherapist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to adapt to changing patient needs and circumstances.
