Job Summary

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for driving sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

About This Role

This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain Guest Services
  • Support the Store Manager in overall store operation
  • Develop staff to drive sales and profitability
  • Control expenses and shrinkage
  • Maintain all aspects of merchandising and inventory control

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22.15 per hour, with opportunities for advancement.
