We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supervisor, Travel Coordinators to join our team at Coop de solidarité du Cap Jaseux. As a key member of our travel operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and performing same duties as workers supervised.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating Travel Operations
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth travel operations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient travel planning and execution.
- Supervising Travel Coordinators
- Supervise a team of 5-10 travel coordinators to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to ensure you have a deep understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
- Client Service
- Assist clients/guests with special needs to ensure their travel requirements are met.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely and efficient travel planning and execution.
- Administrative Tasks
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure the team has the necessary resources to perform their job responsibilities.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced travel agency environment.
- Physical Demands
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
