Job Summary

Alstom is seeking a highly skilled ISR NAM Supervisor to lead our technical publications and training activities for multiple projects simultaneously. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a multidisciplinary team, planning, coordinating, and evaluating staff performance. You will also communicate regularly with key stakeholders, monitor suppliers, and assess change requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise technical publications work, including planning daily and weekly meetings, performance indicators, and subcontracting, in accordance with project priorities, milestones, schedules, and contractual commitments.
  • Manage training-related work, including planning, coordination of travel, logistics courses, in accordance with project priorities, milestones, schedules, and contractual commitments.
  • Meet, discuss, and negotiate with suppliers and customers to ensure that we meet customer expectations while taking into account Alstom objectives.
  • Participate in staff organization, oversee training, facilitate development, and manage succession planning.
  • Evaluate staff performance, identify candidates to fill open positions, and analyze customer requirements.
Requirements
  • College degree or higher, project management or related experience, relevant experience managing shared employees, negotiating skills with other departments and customers, and strong experience in planning.
