Job Title: Security Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Project Manager to lead our SailPoint implementation project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing project teams, managing budgets, tracking deliverables, and identifying and mitigating project risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage project budgets and track expenses
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders
  • Assess and document sponsor and stakeholder needs
  • Conduct interviews with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Facilitate sessions to gather input from the business

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or similar field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager in full project lifecycles
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a business analyst gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
  • Experience working in large and decentralized organizations
  • Experience managing large-scale and complex IT transformation projects
  • PMP certification
  • Experience with SailPoint implementation is a plus

About the Role:

This is a hybrid position, with a few days per week onsite in Toronto. Our client is undertaking a SailPoint implementation as part of their broader Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. The goal is to establish the foundations of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
