Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect IT

Lenovo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect IT to join our team. As a Senior Services Solution Architect, you will collaborate with internal teams and Lenovo Services Delivery Partners to scope requirements and identify delivery strategies that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Statements of Work contracts with selected business partners and customers
  • Negotiate with partners, internal stakeholders, and customers to ensure requirements are documented
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with Lenovo's policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of IT Services experience with at least 5 years of Solution Development and Costing
  • Experience with Managed Services, Service Desk, UEM, and DaaS
  • Strong attention to detail, contract creation, and risk management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience in IT Services Industry focused on End User devices
  • Proven success in building solutions in the IT services industry
  • Solid organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in utilizing PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
