Senior Solutions Architect IT Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect IT to join our Lenovo Services team. As a Senior Solutions Architect IT, you will play a key role in collaborating with internal teams and Lenovo Services Delivery Partners to develop and implement innovative IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and Lenovo Services Delivery Partners to scope requirements and identify delivery strategies.
  • Develop Statements of Work contracts with selected business partners and customers.
  • Negotiate with partners, internal stakeholders, and customers to ensure requirements are explicitly documented.
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with Lenovo's policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of IT Services experience with at least 5 years of Solution Development and Costing.
  • Experience in Managed Services, Service Desk, UEM, and DaaS.
  • Strong attention to detail, contract/SOW creation, and risk management practices.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in utilizing PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
