Job Title: General Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Labourer to join our team at a busy yard in Vaughan. As a General Labourer, you will be responsible for cleaning out empty trailers, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and assisting with various tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean out trailers of any debris and waste
  • Bring waste to designated trash bins
  • Keep the area around trailers clean and free of debris
  • Track the number of trailers cleaned
  • Work with the on-duty shunter to coordinate clean and dirty trailers
  • Drive a company pick-up truck in the yard

Requirements:

  • Able to work in any outdoor weather conditions
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift
  • Must have safety boots and vest
  • Hold a G class license
  • Have a clean abstract
  • Have a valid SIN or work permit
