Electronics Sales Associate | Full Time | Winnipeg South, MB | 3119
At OSL Retail Services, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Electronics Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in helping customers find the perfect electronics solutions. You'll be responsible for providing product demonstrations, comparisons, and sales, as well as ensuring a positive and informative shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Proactively set up and maintain product merchandising displays to showcase our latest electronics offerings.
- Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets by consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers with questions and concerns, ensuring they feel confident in their purchasing decisions.
- Lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration and mutual respect.
Physical Job Requirements:
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds.
- Ability to stand/walk for extensive periods of time.
