SANDHU RENOVATION INC. is currently hiring a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our renovation crew, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of residential construction projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of experienced tradespeople and will be involved in tasks such as loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials like concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; willing to train
  • Ability to work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in various locations and environments
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
