Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure smooth salon operations.
    • Coordinate with staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers to meet salon goals.
    • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Client Services
    • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
  • Inventory and Supplies
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Requirements
  • Education
