Sushi House Banff is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality sushi dishes for our customers. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

• Prepare and cook sushi dishes to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor.
• Manage food costs and inventory, ensuring our menu items are always available and fresh.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they understand our high standards for quality and customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with our culinary team to create new menu items and specials.

• 3+ years of experience as a sushi chef in a high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
