Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Sully's Market/Robin's Donuts Goobies. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and store performance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a positive shopping experience, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and sale of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are displayed attractively.
  • Financial Management: Assist with payroll administration, including processing payroll and managing employee benefits.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions:

  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
