Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance leader to join our team at SNDL Inc. As a Senior Director, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, you will report directly to the SVP Corporate FP&A and Treasurer. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating operational and management reporting, developing and maintaining forecast models, identifying opportunities and risks to ensure delivery of financial commitments, and providing strategic insights to senior management. You will work closely with key cross-functional stakeholders to improve performance and enable a fact-based decision-making culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business results and provide strategic insights to senior management
  • Develop and maintain forecast models and provide variance analysis
  • Lead the preparation of forecast and annual plans presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors
  • Provide key strategic decision support to senior leadership team
  • Complete ad hoc analysis requirements and projects as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial and P&L management
  • Strong FP&A background and experience with planning and forecasting models and tools
  • Reliable and capable of managing significant amounts of information and data with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in accounting and corporate finance concepts
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with all levels of management
