Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain drivers for various hardware peripherals, including UARTs, I2C, SPI, CAN, input devices, and touch controllers.
  • Enhance existing software and performance tune drivers for optimal performance.
  • Develop new driver architectures to support future hardware peripheral advancements.
  • Ensure software meets our quality standards and is compliant with safety standards such as ISO 26262 and IEC 61508.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Junior to Senior level of expertise in software development.
  • In-depth knowledge of C and Assembly programming languages.
  • Hands-on development experience using embedded operating systems, such as QNX, Linux, GreenHills, and VXworks.
  • Prior experience in driver development is essential.
  • Experience writing software for major processor architectures, such as ARM, x86, and PPC.
