As the Director of Services, you will play a key role in promoting the safety, well-being, and advocacy of children, youth, and families. You will work collaboratively with community partners to develop innovative and effective service models that are trauma-informed and culturally responsive. Key responsibilities include:

• Advocating for the rights of children and youth, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
• Applying an EDI lens to all services and programs.
• Creating and updating protocols and service agreements to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Building and maintaining effective and meaningful partnerships with community organizations, stakeholders, and service providers.
• Integrating social justice principles into all aspects of service delivery.
• Developing and writing funding proposals to secure resources for programs and services.
• Ensuring high standards of service delivery through continuous quality improvement processes.
• Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness and compliance with standards.
• Developing and updating policies to guide service delivery and organizational practices.
• Developing and delivering training programs to staff and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, Social Justice, or a related field, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in child welfare, advocacy, or a related field. Proven experience in developing protocols, service agreements, and funding proposals is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to working from a trauma-informed and EDI lens, with excellent partnership development and system navigation skills. A valid G driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are also required.
