About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Sales Operations to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through effective sales operations management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including setting sales targets and monitoring progress.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales operations or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
