Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Coordinator to join our team at ServiceMaster of Calgary. As a Content Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping homeowners and businesses recover from disasters by coordinating the cleaning, listing, moving, storing, and disposing of contents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of contents recovery and restoration projects
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of contents and projects
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient and effective project execution
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of content management strategies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as content management or customer service
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's License required
