Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to ensure that they are working together effectively to provide excellent customer service.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
As a Food Service Supervisor at Little Caesars, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. You will be on your feet for extended periods, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
