Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Our fast-paced environment requires individuals who can work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk, making this a physically demanding role.
