Job Summary

TRM Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations based on best practices.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and others as needed.
  • Collaborate with other developers and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly) and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and custom application development.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Valid Government of Canada Security Clearance.
