Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to join our team at Mike & Andreea's NoFrills. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to inventory.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows. Experience with SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD) is an asset.
  • Specialization/Experience: Merchandising or window experience is an asset.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, tight deadlines, and working under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, reliable, and a team player.
